Got the information about this place from our aunt. At first we were a little bit sceptical as "auntie's recommendation" means the place is usually old and not interesting.
It turned out that our auntie is quite hip :), as the place is not looked old for me.
The recommendation to try is their famous tuna sandwich and their Vietnamese spring roll. The tuna sandwich was sold out at that time, so we switched to Chicken Pot Pie, Chicken Sandwich, and Vietnamese spring roll (they still have some fortunately).
Their taste is like what recommended. Fresh bread, fresh vegetables, great topping.
Too bad they do not serve any homemade coffee (they have Nescafe Instant Coffee though).

Since this post, they've had a great line of healthy sandwiches along with fresh brewed coffee. Great taste!
