We arrived in Bali quite early. As we are committed to do this trip with a backpack experience, we decided to walk our way to the center of Kuta, where there is a travel agent called Parama Tour that has hourly operated bus trip to Ubud from Kuta. After we make our booking, we decided to look for lunchtime meal.
Exhausted and quite tired (after all, we have just dragging ourselves walking for around 3 KM from the airport to the central of Kuta), we decided to stopped by and eat at Made's Warung.
Not quite crowded, as it is still considered as brunch time, we ordered the Nasi Goreng Ala Made and Nasi Campur Vegetarian. The portion are huge (especially the Fried Rice), and it helped to refill our energy after a long walk. One particular item from the menu that stands out is their delicious crispy tempe.
After finishing the meal, while waiting for the bus to come, we decided to ordered their Banana Ice Cream Pancake.
Yum! Now, we are ready to heading out to Ubud.
