Sushi Boon, Edward Forrer Dago Bandung

Have come to this place twice.
The first one with no avail, as the store haven't opened yet (while the time has already reached 01.00 PM).
Today luckily it's already opened at 02.00 PM.

We tried their signature dish (the one that are marked with crowns).
Overall the sushi tasted ok. Maybe because they make it fresh. And with the price range of 12-30k, it really makes a great bargain.

The service is ok. Maybe because the don't have many customers when we came.

For the website, you can go visit: www.sushiboon.com

Besides Popeye, this is another favorite fast food place for me.
Because they served some foods that are unique, compared with the other fast food vendor.

Too bad they haven't opened their branch in Bandung.

Sumber Hidangan, Braga Bandung

This restaurant aged triple my age. It still stands today.
And they serve their foods basically the same way as they did when they first opened.
The bitterballen is a killer. You should tried it when you visit Bandung.

Found this food stall while waiting for rain in BEC Bandung.
It turns out they served Ononomiyaki, one of my favorite Japanese food.
The price is okay, the food tasted great, and it turns out that the owner is from Japan.
Wow...

Sinchan Baso Tahu, Cikawao Bandung

Sinchan Baso Tahu. Opened everyday around 10.00, ALWAYS closed around 14.00.
In our opinion, this is currently the best Baso Tahu in Bandung.
And for Rp 1,750/ pcs it is really worth the bargain.

Kedai Mie Dago, Carrefour Kiara Condong Bandung

We're visiting Carrefour when we encountered one noodle vendor that are quite fully visited by customers. As curiosity grows, we're finally decided to give it a try.
I ordered Yamien Manis, while Alia ordered the fried noodle.
Overall they tasted great, especially for the fried noodle. Their chicken broth is also tasted good.
With a price range around Rp 10,000 - 25,000 for food, it can be considered as worth the bargain.
Looking forward to visit this vendor, maybe directly at their main branch in Jl. Dago.

Popeye's, Plaza Semanggi

Been craving for the Cajun style chicken for quite a while, as they closed all of their branches in Bandung.
When Alia wants to visit Plaza Semanggi to meet her friends, I quickly agree as it will give me the time to taste the Popeye's Chicken that I've been craving for.
But, as some people says. Sometimes things that you expected a lot usually disappoints you. Maybe I have high expectation, maybe I have (better?) taste buds, but I swear they don't tasted as good as it used too. The portion is also shrink-ed (a lot) with the same (or higher?) price.
Hopefully they will improve their menu, as I still believe Popeye's is still one of the best fast food vendor here in Indonesia.

Mos Burger, PIM 2

We've first tried Mos Burger in Thailand last year, and we're anxious to try it again.
Luckily, they opened their branch in Indonesia at the end of last year in several location.
The one that we tried is the one in PIM 2. One of the favorite menu that we tried is the Rice Burger.
Good taste, and probably healthier compared with the bread bun. One note though: With that price range, they should try to make bigger burger, to compete with BK or McD.

Golden Century Lamien, PIM 2

One of the best noodle vendor in J-Town, I highly recommend you to try and taste this.
With extra large portion and fresh ingredients, this is one treat you'll regret to miss.
They have several outlets, with the one in SCBD, and in PIM 2 is the one we tried the most.
Hopefully they will open new branch in Bandung.
