Homemade Nasi Kuning (Saffron Rice)

In the tradition of celebrating birthday in our family, we usually cooked Nasi Kuning to be sent to our relatives around Bandung. So, when my brother celebrates his birthday, he sent us Nasi Kuning with all of it's side dishes. Usually Nasi Kuning (Saffron Rice) comes with perkedel (potato fritters), fried chicken, veggies, and kerupuk.
