Kue Bay Tat is a traditional snack originated from Bengkulu. It is a cookies made from wheat flour with pineapple jam as their topping. The overall taste reminds me of Nastar cookies that my late grandmother used to make when celebrating Idul Fitri.
Ah... This cookies really bringing up old happy memories.
